Very good location, close fco and 20 min drive to city centre. Restaurant not very good though. Change of staff makes it much less impressive than when it got noted in Guide Michelin....POOL
-
Good price for good facilities in the hotel. Supermarket near location. Room clean and quiet.
Swimming pool is in fact a decorative little green lake. The bus station in the area is not cleaned at all. Breakfast poor. Coffe was a joke. Shuttle bus free... for 2EUR/person to matro station or 70 EUR to Airport.
-
The service is too slow and there is a problem in the airconditioning and the frigerators
-
Helpful and kind staff, beautiful and quiet room, excellent breakfast buffet with perfect choice of food and drinks. Lovely restaurant. Free use of sauna and "palestra", sports facilities. No unexpected extra charges.
-
It was outside of the city so it was very quiet and relaxing. It was luxury for the price that it cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the bus service that led to the metro which went to the city. Close to a supermarket, Mcdonalds and a cafe which was very handy.
To get a taxi from the city to the Black Hotel was a bit expensive.

The value for money
The unavailability of the pool, not acceptable in a four star hotel
-
one good recommendation for a restaurant in Rome; one helpful waiter
Very disorganised, no record keeping re:minor changes to reservations; an extremely rude and un-informed reception staff. Poor location with nothing of interest within walking distance. Very dark internally including in stairwells. Negative atmosphere, unhelpful + not particularly warm or polite or welcoming
-
Did not like it at all
Breakfast buffet empty at anytime, internet access not working, cleaniliness of the room was poor
-
The staff were helpful with the language barrier and assisted with directions and information about travel to Rome city. The hotel was well kept, clean and tidy. The room was private and spacious. Breakfast was enjoyable and catered for any diet. All on all my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
The location was hard to find when you arrived by train to Rome Termini. Directions about trains and bus lines to take would be helpful to first time travellers to the hotel.

Budgetfriendly hotel
Distance between hotel and city center is +10 km // Stylish design on the outside, but rooms are rather simple.
-
Nothing only the view is nice, too far from the city reception staf very bad unhelp and unpolite, also they give us a rome in the restorant too noisy and small.
-
good location, outside the center of Rome, though easy to travel to the center.
Overall the hotel is good, though in terms of the price/quality, some points of attention: - the organization of the breakfast, this is not well organized, e.g. people are waiting for bread first, then for hot water, then there are no cups or plates left. - quality of the room/facility, although advertised, there was no wireless internet in our room. and the airconditioning could not be switched of
-
The room was a good size, clean and had everything that was required. The pool was great and the restaurant staff were great.
The hotel was difficult to reach without a car, the shuttle bus was broken which nobody informed us of until we arrived. The train service was also not running, which made travelling into the city very difficult. The majority of the staff were great, very pleasant, there was only one receptionist who was unwelcoming and offered little assistance. Overall a moderate/good stay.

Having a pool to return to after a hot day sightseeing was great but the service around the pool was poor as it was in the whole hotel. (They even tried to charge us for using towels given to us around the pool!)
Rude, unhelpful staff (apart from one helpful gentleman on reception). I have never had such poor service in a hotel before!! We were not not even warned of a one day transport strike, which would have been quite useful to say the least! Poor breakfast, too few staff and no service to speak of. Poor location requiring bus to metro station.

Room is very small, the bathroom is not very clean, the hotel is good but there is dirt and dust, the smell of the rooms are not new, the location remote, and no InterNet in the rooms, as they say, I've booked a room overlooking and paid the price extra but the room rear view!!!Doubt many signs
